Thank you all for taking the time to read this.

My turn around time is 2 weeks - this does not include Pre Orders! 

Items can be ordered and done within the week using our last minute fee (please contact us regarding this first)

Everything you see on the page is completely customised by me, I have no help at all. So please be mindful when you are ordering from me. 

Please note - not all items featured with our brand are made by us, some are made by 3rd parties.

I am more than happy to try and accommodate everyone & any custom orders you may have. The best place to contact us regarding a quick question is our Facebook page!

Please note any custom orders/personalised orders will not be refunded or replaced unless broken. I check when all deliveries are delivered and give the customer till the end of the day to report any damages to me with picture evidence. Customers will be told to return the item using a tracking service at their OWN cost - this will be refunded if the item is defective. 

No refunds if the post is LATE! Unless 30 days has passed.
